Donna Grile, LPC and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist
Donna Grile has worked in the substance abuse and mental health field for 30 years in a variety of settings. She is highly respected in the community for being a person of integrity and knowledge. She also possesses compassion and empathy for those individuals who are seeking services. Her guiding principle is to treat people as she would want to be treated. She has developed and run programs for individuals suffering from addictions but also for individuals suffering from other emotional or relational issues. Although she has held other positions which afforded her with a wide range of experiences (Hospital Administrator, Program Director for Substance Abuse Services, Dual Diagnosis Program Director, etc) she committed herself to New Life Journey since 2007 to serve members of the community who might not otherwise receive affordable services. 
Di Hayes, MS, LPC
Di is a Licensed Professional Counselor, working with New Life Journey since 2015, offering services to adults with substance abuse disorders and anger management problems, and to those struggling with depression and anxiety. Di has over 20 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient, inpatient and residential settings, and is certified in EMDR. She has solid experience in identifying emotional and behavioral disorders, working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, grief/loss, and women’s mental health issues. With a client-centered technique, Di values individual strengths and beliefs assisting each client to obtain healing and empowerment. 
Robin Mosby, LPC
Robin has a Masters degree in Counseling as well as a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor at New Life Journey and has been working in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field for 10 years. She has a passion for helping others and enjoys working with adults, adolescents and youth. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families to seek their highest potential. 
O’Dale Laws, MSW, LCSW
O’Dale is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working for New Life Journey providing services for both mental health and substance use related concerns. O’Dale has worked in both a community mental health setting and inpatient settings which has afforded him the opportunity in gaining experience in providing person centered treatment for various individuals. O’Dale has specialized in working with adults and children who may suffer from trauma, family conflict, substance use, severe mental illness, relationship conflict, issues of acceptance/self-worth, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQ related concerns. O’Dale’s focus is on what goals you want and to provide you with the support to make change in your life. |
Hans Tischer, LPC
Hans has been working in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field for many years in both the public and private sectors. He brings an amazing energy and compassion to his work. In addition to having extensive training, being ASAM certified and being a Licensed Professional Counselor, Hans has himself been in recovery for over two decades. He is a native of Puerto Rico and is bilingual. He provides both English speaking groups and Spanish speaking groups for New Life Journey. Hans staffs our Chesterfield office.
